I'm glad you got a trainer to address the biting problem. this usually happens when puppies are taken from their mothers too soon and they have not learned how hard they can bite. then you have to take over that job and treat her as her mother would if she bit her too hard.
As for the waking up in the night, it might be hard, but it is best to just ignore it. If she knows that you will get her uip, she will do it every night.
