I think that is the sadest article I have ever read.
Like I said many ,many, times in different threads, it's our government's
fault that this happens, in more ways than one.
Pet stores and back yard breeder's can be stopped if the government
would take a stand. Pathetic is the only word I can think of to say.
And your right, this does not have to happen! At all! |
