Hi and welcome to YT! Your new pup seems a nice size for being 7 weeks old. It's usually the tinier ones that you really have to be on top of regarding hypoglycemia (although any pup can experience it). I wouldn't worry about the ears at this point... some take a few months for the ears to stand on their own....
