Welcome to YT, Kelly!!! Congratulations on your new baby. He is really young, so you will need to be a little more diligent on watching for signs of hypoglycemia.
It is up to you on the ears. Many will stand in time on their own, particularly if you keep them shaved. I think they look cute with floppy ears too!!!
