Amazingly, he does. It falls sideways while he's running around and being a dog, but he doesn't try to knock it off the way that he does his bows. It has a strap that goes under his chin and Velcros, so I think that is why it stays on.
I'll post pictures of him in his shirt with it tomorrow- he was falling asleep when I took those pics, so I didn't want to mess with putting a shirt on him. I still can't believe I put a hat on my dog LOL. I think it's hilarious though... I dress my dog up purely for my own amusement
