The one I got at Petsmart for Eros has a very low front for him to get in but a lot of times when he's playing and realizes he really has to go he rushes to it and just hops in from the side. Sometimes he gets out from the side too when he's done...I think he just likes to feel like he's a great jumper...agility dog or something lol
