As far as making the fringe do you all just eyeball it or measure each one or what?

i made one on our trip to tx...it is super easy...but the corners threw me off a bit

i used a template...just took a business card and cut it to the size i would want the fringe and used that to cut the size of the fringe. it came out cute..i will post pics tomorrow. like i said...my biggest problem was the corners. haven't quite figured that one out yet.
