If your puppys eye is not better don't wait a week. Take her back in a few days if it is not better. I have been thru this before and in 2 days when his eye was not better, I was uncomfortable with how it looked so I took him back in to have it stained again and he needed emergency surgery. He had a "melting ulcer".
Not trying to alarm you but if you see no improvement do not wait a week please.
If I had I do not think my Rio would have his eye today.
