OMG, I can't believe that happened to your baby! I'm just glad she's okay and that you saw it in time! Definately notify the company... A product like this is a danger to all our furbabies... and to think I was going to buy one like that a few weeks ago for Mr. Biggs, but changed my mind and got the stick ones instead.
