Flossies are beef tendons, but in a really thin form that gets eaten up quickly. The Pixie Stix are much thicker. My girls can eat through a Flossie in a couple of hours, but can keep a Pixie Stix for MANY days (so long that I usually throw them out because I worry about bacteria forming). Plus, the flossies definitely have a smell with them that the Pixie Stix do not!!!!
