That's funny, both my dogs are like yours. Chloey is the big-time kisser, she licks licks licks till her tongue goes dry. Naiya on the other hand is very much "I'll do it when i feel like it". She loves being held like a baby and will stay on your lap forever but when it comes to kisses it's one or two and that is it! She's such a gorgeous little girl though and at least i know that when she kisses, she really really means it!
