That must have been scary. I'm weary of any dog off leash, big or small. I feel it's really irresponsible.
Lately at our local park there are a group of about 10 people (5 cars) that set out lawn chairs and let their dogs.. all different sizes and shapes run all over the park.
They come over to us EVERY time and the owners never even run over to them.. just keep screaming their name.
I'm sorry, but the rules are keep your dogs leashed, it is a public park, NOT your backyard. |
