What a horrible thing to have happened, you just never know. Sorry that Peeka had to be the one it happened to, but thank goodness you were there and that he's alright. The company should take those off the market, or totally redesign them, with your lead maybe they will. And yes, I would send the vets record of this...and the vet bill to them. This should never have happened, poor little Peeka, I'm sorry!!!
