usually the fact that you can wiggle it is a HUGE plus!!! if it doens't move (so i've read on here) it might mean some bad things... as it is attached to soemthing.... and i think a fatty tumor is just a large fat deposit. My Dalmation had these around her hips.. they were about the size of a dollar (um.. large quarter... lol.. our dollars are coins... sorry) the vet said they were nothing to worry about.. they never got bigger or smaller and because she had a short coat you could see them easily.
