I can tell you that pixie sticks are made from Natural bull tendons. And that the bulls are free roaming and grass fed, healthy stock! Nothing is added to them while processing, no color, no preservatives, no flavorings, nothing! You are just getting the bull! lol And that's what your babies go nuts over!
I've had comments about the color of the stick being light to dark.. and that's due to the age of the batches... Like I said, no color or preservatives added. like beef jerky! lol the color will fade, as will the smell SLIGHTLY so newer sticks will tend to have a bit more scent to them, but NOTHING like the artificial smell of Red Barn Bullys Or Merricks. The only spot these will leave behind is dog drool! lol
