Dawn we could never get enough of Rio & Mignon! They are both so beautiful! I love the birthday party, Rio sure has a lot of friends! They all look so cute with their birthday hats too. Great cake and party hats, where did you get them? I need to start looking into these things for Missy's party thats coming up on July 15th!
