You don't have to have a tie for the female to become pregnant. As long as he is inside her and releasing sperm, babies are made.

There is such a thing called an outside tie. The knots don't come out and the dogs don't lock up. I do believe tho that the vaginal wall still clamps down on the dinky, therefore helping hold it in.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
