aca is a very inexpensive way to register puppies. lots of large kennels and puppy mills register their dogs w aca. aca will register any puppy as long as they have a photo. they do not need to have the parents registered with them. so you will not be able to do a back ground ck on them.
i am not sure if they provide a pedigree. you need to ck and see. if so, get one.
