from what i have read, xray is more accurate but i have seen many many times on here that it or the dr is incorrect. i think it is good to have done but you cannot absolutely base the amount of puppies on the xray. i know of a girl who had the xray and the dr stated she was having a false preg. so given this information, she did not take off work for the delivery. came home to find 4 puppies all over her house. thank goodness they all lived.
