What was his 12 and 16 week weight? He is pushing 6 pounds at 5 months and it is really iffy that he will stop growing at 6 months or so. IF his frame is compact, I would not be concerned if he got bigger, even into 7 pounds for the ring..but if he continues to grow in frame, well, then you have a big decision to make.
