That was so hard to watch and I pray the new vet can ease alittle insight to what is causing this. I would try to find a vet who knows about neurology issues, it appears to be affecting the control of his legs. Whatever it is I pray you find an answer and can control it for him with medicine. I wish you the best in your search hun!!! You are not over reacting this looks exactly like a seizure, cause it is one IMO.
