This is most likely WAY to much info but here it goes
Its probably razor burn. I prefer to be hair free....."everywhere" so surprisingly my hubby (yes I said my hubby!!!) told me the trick about shaving in the direction the hair grows and no more bumps!!!!! You don't get the baby skin soft feel but it looks smooth!
I have very sensitive skin and this trick works great for those unmentionable places
