I think it is just that - A THREAT. I do not personally believe for ONE SECOND that you can ACTUALLY SUE SOMEONE for them stating what happened to them IN TRUTH. I'm sorry but I think that is a load of BULL!
People that threaten this crap IMO do it just to scare the buyer so that they WON'T say anything.
I can guaruntee you one thing - if something like this ever happened to ME...you'd better believe that some silly little THREAT wouldn't DARE stop me for telling MY story!!!
