I'm running a race this weekend- 9.3 miles! I've been training for it since April. It's a HUGE deal in the area. Actually it's the largest 15K race in the country- it's called the Boilermaker Road Race. I think there are around 10,700 people running this year's race. The entire course is lined with thousands and thousands of spectators. They also have a competition between the sections of the city (North, South, East, and West) to see who has the best block party (cheering section) throughout the race. I'm so psyched to run it!! After that, I'm going to begin training for a half-marathon. Hey, it's only 4 more miles, right?! I've been slacking with my running since I got Olivia a month ago, but I'm going to step it up a bit after the race. My sister is determined that we're going to do the marathon in Disney World in 2006. (Since it's in like January, I think, I highly doubt it, though!)

Yeah the Carmen Electra video is the one that I am talking about. When you watch it you just have to get past her ditsy ways and it is a good work out.

Good luck with the Boilermaker. I have heard about it before. I have been thinking about doing the marathon at Disney also but not sure because of all the traveling that that requires and I am not too sure that I could be at top performance with not being able to sleep in my own bed and all that. But I am willing to give it a shot.
