Officer Nickerson called me back and left a voice mail. I am waiting for his return call.
Maureen said that the animal control officer on duty this AM called her this AM and said they would not follow up.
I am going to the house where the dogs are kept with Maureen on Friday in the late morning. I will finally get to meet Maureen and check out some of the locations. I am bringing my camera with telephoto capacity that takes multiple shots on one click and will try and get some pictures of the dogs.
I am also hoping to get some witness declarations signed for next week that establish that the officer in charge has not been truthful about witnessess he claims he interviewed who say that he did not interview them at all. If Officer Nickerson does not move on these leads, I will submit the declarations to his superior and hopefully, they can get a new person on the case and maybe a search warrant.
BTW - I was finally able to locate the grandma without having to use any pay services at all. I did some creative deducing based on some other evidendce and guessed that this was the grandmas location. It appears that I was correct. |
