Dogs do not have the same attitude as humans.........such as angry for being left.......or getting back and so on.
You need to start the training all over from scratch, or he will never be totally trained. If any of the accidents were not caused from sickness and diarrhea then it's not an accident, but a "not completely house trained" instead.
