Hmm maybe you can get one of the pet flys carriers (
http://www.petflys.com/puppylove.html) so you can leave the side open for her and sneak in some petting. Does Chloe potty on command? If so maybe you can just put her on the pad and tell her to do her business...doubt she'll think of tearing it up after being on a plane for several hours holding it in lol
