Jeff Dane even had the nerve to have his wife call me today from a resticted number and tell me that the post I made on Yorkietalk.com (YES, THAT'S THIS SITE!) is slander and that I would be wise to retract my statement...needless to say, I'm not backing down to their threats and am well informed that my personal expierence of my story is indeed all factual and not illegal by any means. I will keep you all abreast on any further updates...once again, thank-you all so very much from the bottom of mine and Capone's heart.

He has done this before ... threaten to sue people who speak out against him. Your story is NOT slander because it's entirely true and you have PROOF to back it up. There is no law preventing you from telling of a real life situation that happened to you ... if there were, public chat forums would be illegal because that's ALL we do on them! Best of luck to you girl.
