Use to work out Religiously... until i started working full-time..
I want to get back into it.. but i'm having a hard time finding some motivation lol.. i usually would do cardio 5 times a week.. with added weight training.. it was awesome.. when i started i think i was 140 pounds.. and then in a few months went down to 115.. but i have some extra tub around the belly LOL.. so im wanting to just get toned..
i wish i could have that jessica alba body
