I am sitting here wondering why anyone would leave a Bichon outside on its own, even if they considered the property secure.. JMO but, Idon't think any of these smaller dogs should be left out un-attended.
I am NOT taking up for those brats, but I do hope the Bichon owners have learned a lesson from this..I am soooooooo happy you came along when you did. This is yet another example of being where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there. Thank you and thank the Creator!!!!!! |
