How sad to hear this. At this point, I'd (my house now) take her away from mom, put her back in a warming box (small shoe box with heating pad under on low), tube her when it's time and keep her warm. Be sure she's not dehydrated, if she is, she needs to see a vet asap. And never feed a chilled puppy.

If no nutrical is available, a small cake frosting tube will work in a pinch for sugar/energy.
