This happened to Babybear yesterday also. I gave him a quarter pepcid ac 10mg right after seeing him poop mucusy poop and then I gave him another quarter tablet with his meal at 8 pm. He has been doing fine since. Hope this helps you a little bit. Babybear is a very picky eater and he never (he wont drink water) drinks water he will only drink coffee milk diluted. So when he isn't feeling well it scares me to give him this because I am scare it will curdle in his belly, but he does just fine. Hopefully you can call your vet and see what they recommend for you baby.
