thanks for all the answers, the harness i have is one i got off ebay and its a bit flimsy, it is a step in one but im not to happy with it it has rough bits on it.
as im english we dont have a petco or petsmart our big pet store is pets at home and the harness they have are not the step in kind and the size small is too big for rosie does anyone no if petsmart or petco do shipping to the uk coz if they do i can order one from them.
