How old is the pup? I would worry about kidney failure, a severe UTI or he's trying to pass a stone. Is there an emergency vet that may be better equipped anywhere around her. The baby definately needs medical attention and FAST. Please have her get that baby somewhere quickly!! Praying for the sweet puppy.
