Okay! Good to hear, we want to make sure we can avoid any unnecessary emergency vet visits! The second day after we got Yoda, I fed him a little tiny bone (which I thought would be fine for him), which got lodged in his throat for a little bit, and we had to rush him to the vet that night around midnight, as he couldn't get it out. Luckily, the vet found that the bone finally did get through down his throat...
Another thing you can use for a chew toy is a used sock, as many Yorkies around here like to play tug-of-war with 'em.
