ok so i broke it LOL! Last night i ate chick peas, at least they're healthy, just a couple by themselves but i had to eat! Now im about to eat chicken and vegetables. I figured since im going to DR im not gonna be able to get off it properly and in DR theres soooo much spanish food lol but my mom is doing it, i still work out everyday tho so i think im good
