It's so hard to call animal control on animals. I know that most of the shelters are better than in years past, but for some reason, I always think of 101 Dalmations and Cruela Deville.

But being in the care of animal control may not be "posh digs", but they will NOT get run over by their psycho neighbor. At least they'll be warm and safe until the situation is resolved.
