Thanks everyone, for your well wishes for Libby. I remember how shook I was when Maddie was spayed and thought this would be easier since I went through it with Maddie, but it's just that fear that overtakes me...and this has been such an awful year I keep thinking maybe I shouldn't even have it done in 2007. I just fed Libby a little so she doesn't have to go so long without food and water. She's not to have food or water after midnight. I'll take her in at 7:30 in the morn. I asked my vet if he will do her surgery first that day and he will. I didn't want her sitting there scared for so long, so this way she'll get it over with first thing. I'll get to pick her up around 4:00. While she's there, I'll go and buy flowers for Mom's grave. This is her first birthday we don't get to celebrate with her and it's so hard.
Those of you who have had yorkies get baby teeth pulled...do they pull just the canines? Libby hasn't lost hardly any baby teeth yet...just a couple...and that would be a lot of little teeth to pull.
