Here is a great way to give a Kong without over-feeding treats. Give your dog part of her kibble and put the other rest in the Kong. Put some natural peanut butter inside and put it in the freezer for a little while. Then give it to her. She's just eating her kibble, but it will take her a while to get it out!

We like "puzzle toys" and keep many of them in the freezer. We fill them with yogurt, cream cheese, peanut butter, bananas, kibble, pumpkin and more. Sometimes I put a dry treat in them - when you do that wedge it in there really good so they have to lick at it for hours. If they have too much trouble and give up after a while I go help them loosen the treat.
