A friend here in Portland bought a yorkie male from this breeder, she guarantees the puppies will not exceed 4 lbs (so her website says) yet Shirleys little man reached 11 lbs, she called the breeder with her concerns and ...guess what....she never called her back!! She paid $1800 full reg placed him as a pet for $350.00.
