Hi Nancy, Is this a real thick concentrate serum? Would it be strong ?

I am finding that I am getting alergic to so many things  and wanted to ask you questions before purchasing it. I got welts from the concentrate for wrinkles  and think it is the same item as this. Thanks, Patti |
