Oh yeah, trader joes! I have all my friends shopping there now! HAHA they come over to eat and I always shop there and serve food from there and then they are running out to get it for their house! LOL

I don't follow my plan anymore, however I walked away with MAJOR core adjustments that I stick to and Ive managed to keep off all but 6lbs of the weight for 4 years so Im happy with that! I know I'll lose it by oct for my friends wedding! I would LOVE to lose 15 more lbs after that but Im a size 8 now so Im not too worried if I never lose more weight!

thanks for the cookbook advice, I'll go pick it up! I need to learn to cook! all I cook is chicken and veggies! haha
