are you trying to lose a sig amount of weight fast? Like for an event in a week from now? If not, please don't do that! Its soooo not good for you to not eat! It actually does not make you lose weight at all. it slows the progression of weight loss after the first week bc your body retains fat bc it does not know when its going to eat again. Try eating small meals multiple times a day instead of 3 bigger meals. That will help you lose faster! stay away from sugar if anything, your body does not need refined sugar. Eat fruit, veggies, chicken and fish and eat it all fresh (no preserves or salt)
