If it's yellow or green it is most likely an eye infection. Is there swelling at all around the eye? When Lacy had an eye infection she had yellowish green discharge coming out of her eyes (sometime drying and sealing the eye shut) and you could tell it was puffy around her eye. If you pulled her eyelid back the inside was red and swollen.
