Thank you for your thoughts! I'm pretty new to the world of Yorkies, so I did not notice any of those things
I'm so glad I asked for information about her...I think I'll stay clear of her now.

To call that kennel owner a breeder would be wrong. She is maybe letting them having puppies but shows no respect to the breed at all.
This distortion of the head reminds me of hydrocephalus. It is a condition in dogs and men that causes excessive accumulation of fluid in the brain = the scull "blows out" because of the pressure of the fluid, the eyes of the dog point outward to the sides (not forward). A serious condition so many dogs have to be euthanized.
In the website the "breeder" uses the words: ,,Apple head and really big eyes". If that is what she is seeking she should get herself a Shih Tzu to breed and leave the Yorkie alone.
You can see how the head of a Yorkie should be like by reading the ACK standard (or FCI standard)
