Girl, that is awful!! Stitches??? Geez, you poor thing!! I was reading the warning label on them earlier while I was taking them out of the packages - and it did mention that you should be very careful with the cords - not to get them wrapped around you (fingers, etc.) as it can, in extreme cases, even cause amputation
Geez, maybe I should "gear up" when using these things and wear pants and gloves LOL
Seriously though - thank you so much for mentioning this. I don't think the cord cutting my ankle open would have even crossed my mind. I am definitely going to wear pants when using these leashes as with my luck the same thing would probably happen to me!
