I haven't heard of an adult dog having low blood sugar problems, and am not sure what in the world could cause it outside of just not eating anything for a few days.
I'd be buying a tube of Nutri-Cal to keep on hand, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to give her a little each day for a few days.
As for the Pedialyte, I don't think they sell the plain type anymore. I sure haven't seen it. I used it with fosters that were dehydrated.
