I don't agree with the shock collar at all...this lady is a new member looking for advice...and she will get Good advice from experienced Yorkie owners on here..but lets not give her a hard time..there has been enough negativity on here of late..
and please don't shout me down for this...but i can just see the way this thread is going to go..
