That is pretty much what weight watchers is about also. The more fiber, the more filling. Fruits & veggies are high in fiber. Also whole wheat breads. Look for a high fiber cereal (raisin bran has the highest ive seen) for a breakfast that will carry you to lunch with no hunger.
Of course, all of this takes time. At first you WILL feel hungry... your stomache is stretched from overeating but it will shrink and you will feel more & more fulfilled as time goes on. (when I say 'you' I mean 'a person' in general, not you specifically
