I have her book and it makes sense. My New Year's resolution was that this was the year for me - so since January I have lost over 30 pounds and almost 5 pounds to my goal weight..yeah....I also went to a nutrionist and here is what she said.....I'm not eating enough. I was so busy at work and wound't eat then go home and eat the frig...lol...so she put me on a 1400 low-fat; high-protein, 35 grams of fiber a day. Plus to eat 6 small meals a day - 3 main; 3 snacks. I found that the fiber was the key to it all - it makes me full and I wasn't getting hungry between meals. I also got the Abs Diet which is sort of geared towards men but for good for women. I almost got the book by Dr. Oz You on a Diet but didn't.
